The Night Lights Event on Saturday, September 7th at Pocono Raceway, has been postponed to Sunday, September 8th.

After carefully monitoring the weather, we have decided to postpone our Saturday, September 7th event at Pocono Raceway.

The most recent forecast shows that rain is expected earlier in the day with conditions tapering off before the evening. The way the system has been moving, we expected it to push out and give us a clear window on Saturday night.

As of this morning, the storm hasn’t pushed through enough to create the event experience we all would want. The safety and enjoyment of everyone attending a Night Lights Event is our top priority and we want to make the right call. We understand that many of you have made travel plans and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, however, we believe this is the best course of action to ensure the safety and convenience of all attendees.

For those of you who have tickets for Saturday, September 7th, your tickets will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date of Sunday, September 8th. There’s nothing else you need to do but show up with your tickets.

Sunday’s weather is looking clear and it will be a great launch.

If you are unable to attend Sunday, September 8th, select one of the following options below:

Transfer tickets to a different date

1. ‍‍Select from any of the remaining dates in 2024, including Pocono Raceway on September 14th, or Hollywood Casino on October 26th.
2. Log into the Account Dashboard to request a transfer.(https://click.nightlightsevent.com/dashboard)
3. Your transfer will be completed in the order it was received.
4. It typically takes anywhere from 3-5 business days to complete your transfer (this could take longer depending on the volume of requests we receive).
5. You will receive an email with new tickets, once your tickets have been transferred.
6. Transfer fees will be waived if your request is submitted before September 30, 2024.

Ticket credit for an event in 2025

1. Log into the Account Dashboard to request your tickets be held for 2025 (https://click.nightlightsevent.com/dashboard)
2. This option expires on September 30, 2024. Tickets can be redeemed in early 2025.

Refund (only if Ticket Protection was purchased)

1. Log into the Account Dashboard to request a refund (https://click.nightlightsevent.com/dashboard)
2. We have extended the refund window for this event to September 30, 2024
3. It typically takes anywhere from 3-5 business days to complete (this could take longer depending on the volume of requests we receive)
4. We will begin processing refunds starting October 1, 2024.
