What is it?
Priority Access is the Night Lights Event’s answer to a VIP experience.
Before the event, you get a fun-filled package shipped to you filled with our golden tickets and other fun swag, exclusive to our Priority Access guests.
At the event, we invite you to an elevated experience – not only do you get a priority registration line (yep, that’s right, you get to speed right through those long check-in lines), but you will also have a Priority Access tent, inside the venue where you will pick up your lanterns, order s’mores kits and fire pits, and browse our exclusive merch! All that PLUS 15% off anything you purchase!

What's included with Priority Access?
Priority Access includes:
- Exclusive registration line to speed up check-in
- An extra lantern for EACH ticket ($10 value)
- 15% off merchandise, fire pits AND s'mores kits (NEW for 2024)
- Private, priority tent inside the event for lantern pickup, merch and more!
- Our favorite swag (cool magnets, postcards, and more) shipped to you before your event
Note: Lanterns are NOT included in the shipped kit. You will collect your lanterns at the Priority tent inside the venue, after you check-in at registration.
How does it work?
If you purchase Priority Access, you will receive a package that contains your golden tickets (to receive your lanterns), a printed waiver, and some rad goodies. These shipments will be sent prior to your event, and we’ll follow up with specific shipment dates for the 2024 season as soon as we have them!
- Make sure to bring your golden tickets and waiver with you
- Have everyone in your party fill out the waiver prior to arriving (we promise, it will speed up check-in)
- Look for the “Priority Access” signs and follow them to the registration tent for check-in
- Drop off your waiver and have your tickets scanned
- Once you are through the security checkpoint, head over to the Priority tent, inside the venue, to receive your lanterns and any other goodies you need! (merch, s’mores kits and fire pits)
How do I order a Priority Access kit?
Priority Access is a ticket add-on and you'll need to add the option for EACH ticket when you checkout. When checking out, just select "YES" from the drop down and it will automatically add to all tickets in your cart.
We are currently working on the capability to purchase Priority Access kits separately, as an add-on after your ticket purchase. Stay tuned for more information! If you want to add Priority Access and have already purchased your tickets, don’t worry. Priority Access kits can be purchased when you arrive at the event. Just head to the Priority Access registration tent.
When is the cutoff for buying Priority Access?
Priority Access add-ons are disabled 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the event. At this time, it will not be available to purchase on our website, but you CAN purchase Priority Access kits upon arrival at the event.
What if I lost or misplaced my Priority Access Kit?
Lost or misplaced Priority Access kits cannot be replaced, so make sure you keep them safe and bring the required items with you to the event.
What do I do if there is a reschedule?
If an event is rescheduled, everything you receive in your package is valid for the rescheduled date. Just make sure to hang on to the contents of your Priority Access kit, especially those golden tickets!
Can I get a refund for my Priority Access kit?
Yes, but only if Ticket Protection was added to your order. If you would like a refund for your Priority Access kits, they must be returned to us in new condition. If you would like to keep the Priority Access kits, but receive a refund just for your tickets, there’s no need to return your kits. You can select either option when filling out the Refund Request form.
