One thing we love about Night Lights Events is a quest to give you the best pricing as possible for as long as we can. That’s why we’re shouting from the stars when we have deals and deadlines – so you can grab yours NOW!

Quantity & Tier System:

Our tickets work on a time & quantity tier system. This means that our ticket prices increase as we get closer to the event. What does this mean for you? Get them as early as you can!

Our main ticket price tiers are as follows:

• Super Early Bird
• Early Bird
• Regular Bird
• Last Call
• Doors Closing
• At The Door

Basically, this means that the price you see now is most likely the lowest the price you will see for the rest of the season. We like to reward our customers for buying their tickets early. :)

The fine print:

• Pricing is subject to change without notice. Once a promotion, sale, or price tier expires, tickets at that price are no longer eligible for purchase. If you miss a promotion or sale, reimbursements for previous pricing will not be given.
• Promotional pricing cannot be combined with any other discounts, including Group Pricing or Special Discounts.
• Schedule is subject to change. If there is a schedule change for an event to which you hold tickets, you will be notified by email and SMS (if you have signed up for SMS). You can also check the website for the latest schedule.
• Extras and bonus items (e.g. extra lanterns) are non-transferrable to subsequent seasons. For example, if you purchased ticket during a promotion for a 2024 event that came with an extra lantern, we cannot honor that item if, for whatever reason, you need to redeem your ticket in the following 2025 season.
• Purchases “at the gates” are not eligible for credit, refunds or transfers. All sales are final.
• Additional tickets cannot be added to existing orders. A new order must be created and expired pricing cannot apply.

What's included with your ticket?

Your tickets include:

• General Admission entry to the event
• Your lantern, lantern kit and a prayer flag

What is the pricing for kids?

Tickets are required for everyone age 7 and older to enter the venue. Children 6 and under do not need a ticket. They enter for free. :)

What are all the fees for?

In order to have a family friendly event, our tickets are priced at the lowest price possible. However, running an event is a massive undertaking and involves many organizations, including the venue, local and state governments, payment processing and more. These fees will be clearly laid out during the checkout process, and we hope the transparency is helpful.

Is parking included?

We’ve made parking a breeze for your Lantern Festival experience! No need to scramble for spare change when you arrive—parking is already covered and you don't need a parking pass. The required parking fee, set by the venue, is automatically included in your online ticket order. So, every person with a ticket pays their fair share for parking. Relax, enjoy the ride, and bring along your friends to share in the magic of the event!

Do you have group rates?

Yes! If you have a group of 15 or more, contact us to receive a group discount rate.

Group tickets must be purchased on the same order. This means one person in your party will be responsible for placing the order and making sure that each attendee gets their eTicket.

Do you have other special discounts?

If you have a corporate, social, church, or school group and you would like a special discount that can be used separately for multiple orders, please contact us. These special groups must be for 30 or more people.

Do you have press or media passes?

We love inviting media, photographers, videographers, and influencers out to our events! We issue these passes on a case-by-base basis. Please reach out to media@nightlightsevent.com with more details. We’d love to hear more about you.
