Similar to a sporting event or concert, Night Lights has a no refund policy.
However, we understand that your plans can change.
A Ticket Transfer is the Night Lights Events way of allowing flexibility with our tickets. In the event that you cannot make it to your originally scheduled event, we offer the option to “Transfer” your ticket to a different Night Lights day or location (fees do apply).
This policy applies to ALL ticket holders, whether or not you have Ticket Protection.

We get it – schedules change. In the event that you cannot make your originally scheduled event, we offer the option to “Transfer” your ticket to a different Night Lights day or location within the same year.
This policy applies to ALL ticket holders, whether or not you purchased Ticket Protection.
Log into the Account Dashboard and click the “Transfer Tix” button below your order. From there, you will be directed to a request form. Once this form is submitted, a customer service team member will reach out to you with further instruction for processing any applicable fees and confirming your new event.
Transfers will only be accepted for those that submit their request before midnight, the day before the original purchased event. Please note, it may take several days for our customer support team to process the transfer — but rest assured, we are on it, as long as it was submitted before the deadline.

All unused tickets expire at the end of each year, on November 15.
